Ruby Mills is a result of a collaboration between marketing, graphic design, and nutrition majors who were tasked to create a product containing red currants. Known for their bright red color and tart flavor, red currants are commonly used in baked goods. Recognizing a gap in the market for premium gluten and dairy-free baking mixes, Ruby Mills was born. The design focuses around the currant's saturated red color to stand out on shelves against competitors, paired with minimalistic illustrations that replace product photographs commonly seen on the packaging. With Ruby Mills, consumers can indulge in guilt-free baking experiences, celebrating both flavor and inclusivity.
